"I wanted to write this letter to let you know that we highly recommend Ciao Meow for your pets.  When our parents go out of town, which doesn't make us very happy, really nice people come to our home and take care of us.  They feed us, give us treats, change our water and clean out our litter boxes, and they even play with us.  My sister Kiwi, is a little 3 year old cat.  She is very sweet and her favorite game is playing and chasing the laser light.  They play with her and she gets her exercise each and every day they come to visit us.  My brother Gopher likes to chase the laser light too, but he isn't as quick as Kiwi.  I just like to be loved and cuddled and they let me sit in their laps and they give me good loving every time they have taken care of us.

We really like Ciao Meow.  They take good care of us and the special chores my Mom and Dad have them do for our home.

"When we initially relocated to Denver, we left our cat, Fez, at a kennel rather than keeping him at home.  We found that this created a high stress situation for him because he was pulled out of his comfortable environment at home.  He was hissing and displayed antisocial behavior when we released him to the staff at the kennel.  We both had a bad feeling after we left.  When we returned from our vacation and went to pick him up, a staff member had to have us get him out of the cage because they were afraid of being bitten.  After this traumatic episode, we vowed that we would never leave him at a kennel again. 

From the first moment that we met Carrie and Dane, we experienced their professionalism and willingness to take the time to address our concerns and needs.  Fez is a very important part of our family, so we wanted to make sure that we were leaving him in the very best of hands.  In summary, they exceeded our expectations and Fez was very happy with the service.  He especially appreciated the special attention and time that they spent with him.  We appreciated the hand written journals that documented Fez’s daily activities.  We no longer have worries of finding a pet sitter because Ciao Meow has surpassed all expectations and have given us peace of mind.  Thanks Ciao Meow!"
